MPA Day is a special day – we get to celebrate South Africa’s incredible Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and the abundance of life that they boast!

On Saturday, 5 August 2023, we are hosting an exciting Treasure Hunt at Dalebrook Tidal Pool in Kalk Bay, part of the Table Mountain National Park MPA. We won’t be searching for gold but for colourful anemones, split-fan kelp, spiky urchins, tiny sea stars, the odd octopus, and much more!

Everyone who adds their name and contact information to the registration form at the Treasure Hunt will be automatically entered into an ocean-inspired lucky draw. Bring your family along for a fun morning of ocean adventures with expert teams from the Two Oceans Aquarium. Sea you there!
